Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes ahead of the class start time to set up your machine space and help the coordinating team set up tables and chairs.
Remember to dress in layers so that you can adjust your own comfort; the room temperature is not adjustable.
Plan to bring your own lunch, beverage, and snacks.
Bring your own snippets container for cutting and trimming scraps, and plan to take your lunch trash away when you leave.
Bring notepad, and pen for taking notes.
Think about bringing your own portable light if you have one.
The chairs may be more comfortable if you bring a small seat cushion for height.
The Guild provides stations equipped for ironing, and power strips at the tables for sewing machines.
